When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
By submitting a request for a quote or services, you authorize Red Dirt Leads to share your provided information with one or more contractors in our network who may be able to fulfill your request. You understand that these contractors are independent businesses and Red Dirt Leads is not responsible for their services, pricing, or conduct.
Red Dirt Leads does not guarantee that you will receive quotes or that contractors will be available. We make efforts to vet contractors in our network, but we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any contractor. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence before hiring any contractor.
Contractors wishing to join the Red Dirt Leads network must meet certain criteria and agree to our separate Contractor Agreement. Red Dirt Leads reserves the right to accept or reject any contractor application and to remove any contractor from the network at its sole discretion.
Contractors agree to provide accurate information about their business and services and to respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Red Dirt Leads and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Red Dirt Leads.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Red Dirt Leads.
